Great place for location, but the apartments are a little small for the price you are paying. Great place if you want to go out at night everything is in walking distance. You may feel a little boxed in since there is no balcony. The fixtures are fairly. new and well kept, maintanence keeps the place cleaner than the other apartments apts around. Noise level on the weekend is loud. If there is a football weekend the noise is loud,the hallways and stairwells are dirty. Maintanece is good about cleaning up on the weekedays, but on a football weekend forget it, the pee smell in the stairwells will be there until Monday.
