The only big downside of this complex is the small size of the apartments. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the place. The hallways, stairways, and elevators were cleaned EVERY day Monday thru Friday, and remained pretty clean on the weekends. My apartment faced the back (towards college ave) and it was rather quiet, especially considering AC's location in Beaver Canyon. The walls in between apartments are fairly thick and good at absorbing sound. Lots of closet space. Maintenance was always quick. The couches they give you are some of the best in State College, period. VERY comfy and easy to clean. The only issue we ever had was the poor ventilation in the bathroom... we had to get mold cleaned off the bathroom ceiling halfway through our stay, but they didn't give us any hassle about it. Overall, I really liked living here.
