I love this place, but the appliances are just way old.

Years at this apartment: 2002-01-01 - 2007-01-01

the location is great. It is near to campus and neighbors are great.
But the window is really really old, so when winter comes, temperature of your apartment just drops down.
there is a bar a block away, so when we have a football game or any typical weekend friday night, or 2am saturday morning is just tooo noisy.
Those people in office are nice, and maintenance people are nice and friendly.
So i hate the window, and old carpet, but other than that it is fair.
