The Apartment Store is after one thing and one thing only - you're money. Their motto should be "Take young, broke college kids money!"
I lived in a two bedroom apartment with 5 girls and they only supplied us with four dressers. They would go through our garbage after we placed it in the dumpster, take out mail with our address on it, and charge us $60.00 for littering. The management office was rude and paid no attention to us after we complained. It was Horrific!!!
And just in case this hasn't deterred you, they do not work on weekends, so if the fire alarms go off, the elevators break, or someone throws glass bottles at your door.....they don't care. It will wait until Monday. Enjoy taking the stairs to the 8th floor.
My advice - rent a house.
