I lived at an apartment complex with this company and it was a terrible experience! And I did not get any of my deposit back. They keep all your money and do not improve the apartment conditions. For instance, my bathroom ceiling leaked and it took them 4 months to get it fixed. Meanwhile black mold was growing on my ceiling...disgusting! Do not live downtown, they are ------ and take your deposits and keep it. They smell and stink and do not plaw the parking lots when it snows! This place was terrible!
