Don't be afraid to sue them if they are trying to rip you off (which is all the time). This company is totally crooked, rent from ANYONE else and save the headaches. They talk a good talk to rent to you but when it comes down to it they are just there to take your money and run. Don't get bullied, and take photos when you move in and move out (or video is better). The judge here is very cool about it and if you stick with a law suit on them he will back you if you have the photos and/or video. and don't let them bill you for painting and carpet, they love to get you on that. Look up the renters rights for PA. These crooks can be beaten in court. I lived in the glennland building (they don't care about you only the dentists that have offices there).
