I don't even want to mention how ------ living there was! Ugh, it's so old and grose. The carpet they say was steam-cleaned but stains were coming back up on my move-in day!

They sent a letter saying that they would replace the kitchen linoleum ast Christmas, I moved out in August, and it was never changed.

At move-in, there was still food in the cabiets. Not too mention the cabinets were all rotted!

The bathroom above us was leaking into our shower, the kept coming back and repairing it, but the mildew was disgusting.

Maintenance was awful...It took them 2 weeks to fix a clogged drain, and it cost me $45! For what inconveniece for 2 weeks!


I never used the laundry facilities either.
They smelled so bad and the lights never worked. It was just scary.

Parking was a nightmare too. When we got all that snow, they didn't move the snow at ALL for a week. It was awful.

I didn't get anything back from my deposit either. They charged cleaning when I had a cleaning company come in! It's a dump, don't waste your money.

On the bright side, location was cool...it's downtown. But I'd spend my money and time somewhere else.
