Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
First of all the staff is very unpleasnt. They will lie to avoid work and do not care about the tenants at all. Some of the staff are very rude. I dont know how can the branch manager not take any action. The place where I lived at had horrible heating and the apartment was not cleaned as promised
