I rented with the Apartment Store because it was last minute and my friends and I needed an apartment. For starters, the sales lady was pushy and tried to make us feel that we had to take every apartment right away before someone else did.
On top of that, we didn't really see any nice properties and ended up in Park Hill(which is another story in and of itself). They were horrible when it came to maintenance. If we didn't live right next to the maintenance room we would have never gotten any service. Our oven was broken and cooked everything at 500 degrees (literally). It took them MONTHS to come and look at it and longer to repair it.
The Apartment Store takes your deposit and Leon (I THINK that was his name) is a complete ass on a power trip.
Please don't be naive and rent with them. You WILL regret it.
