yup, i also hate the apartment store

terrible service, bad attitude... amongst other things. they don't follow through with anything over the phone. when you talk to them in person, the front office idiots apologize profusely and nod their heads stupidly. for some reason, they expect this feigned apology to compensate for hassles and headaches they cause.
