NEVER, EVER RENT FROM THE APARTMENT STORE

These people are notorious for keeping security deposits, charging tenants for maintenance repairs that should be included in your lease, a rude staff that only cares about getting their commission on leases signed and making sure that they don't have to do any customer service work after you move in. They are protested year after year at the Penn State Housing Fair and for a few years, were asked not to be there to avoid all the students and parents who came out to confront them.
Penn State alumni like myself typically warn newcomers to Penn State to avoid ANY and EVERY Apartment Store managed property. This includes the property down on Waupelani Drive and off of University Drive.
They haven't changed in 10 years...don't be their next victim.
