What a crock! to have thier vendors say how wonderful a management company they are''''' PLEASE! If they are so wonderful, why are they the only management company that gets picketed by thier "satisfied residents"' This company STINKS! They only care about "gettin them in, gettin the money , and keepin the deposit" BUYER BEWARE! They are NOTORIOUS for doing as little as possible to get an apartment ready for the next kid. They are their only to make money for themselves. If you think otherwise (i.e. oh they're so friendly, they helped us fill out our app, etc.) then you deserve to get what you get! They charged one guy a $350 carpet cleaning bill off his deposit which would have been fine if his entire apartment wasn't HARDWOOD FLOORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
