Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Here are my reasons:
1) No heat for 5 days during a 14 day period -->Excuse was boiler broken
2) No heat on the coldest day of the year (0 degrees) --> Excuse was boiler broken; Given electric heater to share between 2 rooms. Sadly we pay electric.
3) Asked for a refund or money for electric bill and "inconvenience" --> Answer: A laugh then NO. "There policy doesn't permit refunds unless they are negligent."
4) Had to Contact the Better Business Bureau to get some money.
Tips and Lessons for PSU Students:
If they are negligent, and the same thing is occurring multiple times a month. Keep a log of when you call for maintenance and when the events happen. So you can file a complaint with the BBB and make more people aware of this horrible management staff.
