I have nothing but good experiences with renting an apartment from The Apartment Store. They manage many apartment buildings in the area and the Americana is the one I live in. They are timely responding to any concerns and keep up with the appearance of the property. I have lived here for 2 years and they have done several upgrades to the property during my time here. They also employ a man who cleans the common areas very well and reliably. The location of this property is very convenient to campus and the downtown area. I am very pleased with the apartment store.
