For the money, and the convience of being only a short distance from campus, I would recommend Fairmont Hills to somebody else interested in an apartment with the Apartment Store. The living conditions are good, but could use better lighting in the apartments. My experience with the Apartment Store staff has very plesant. If I have any problems they take care of it immedietly, without questions. As far as the staff is concerned, they are all very polite people who are always willing to help you. I have no complaints to make about the staff. One staff member, Holly Jury, is the one person who helps me the most. Every time I go to pay my rent, I somehow end up talking to her for over 15 minutes. She takes very good care of everybody, and has a positive attitude about her job. I know from talking to her, that she is willing to do whatever it take to ensure her clients are completly satisfied. If I had to rate me experiece with the Apartment Store, and my apartment at Fairmont Hills on a scale from 1 to 10, I would give them a solid 9.
