Not what I expected. The Heights were supposed to be the new "luxury" on campus. So far, we have not got what we have been promised (ie. garbage disposal, free tanning, roads were not plowed). The house has no paint on it, just prime, the carpets are extremely cheap and the walls are paper thin that you can hear right through them. There is also no vent on the 2nd floor by the thermostat. This means the heat will continually run if all of the bedroom doors are shut, which is going to run our electic bill up like crazy this month. There is no light on the road into the Heights, which is going to be dangerous.
It's not absolutely terrible, but I definitely would not rent this place out again next year. I'm sure I could stay somewhere cheaper and a little bit nicer.
The clubhouse office does not run professionally, and they do not know some of the things that they should.
