If you are looking for a place to live off campus, Fairmount Hills should be in your list of places to check out. The location is especially nice - just a short walk to west campus and beaver ave, but far enough away from downtown that you don't have to worry about noise 24/7. You really get the best of both worlds here. The apartment itself is nice, too. My place came with new cabinets and plenty of quality furniture. The walls and shower show signs of wear but are much better than those in apartments downtown. The maintenance crew is pretty good about fixing things if need be. Overall a good deal. Check it out. Third floor is where it's at!
