The Americana itself is in a really good location and although it's a little old, it's nice for a college student. However, the Apartment Store is a nightmare to deal with. Almost every employee answers almost every question with "I don't know." We always have to call numerous times to get one work order dealt with and the staff does not seem very organized with work order - every time I call, it seems like they have to put a new one in. The Americana itself is really nice, but I have been annoyed and fed up with the Apartment Store on countless occasions.
