The apartment has an awesome location, and the cost of rent is very reasonable. Yes, it is a crowded space for 3 people (1 room), but my roommates and I have no problem with that. We knew going into it that the space was small. Also, we are all considerate of each other, so it works perfectly. The apartment is nice and cozy. Sometimes, it gets noisy, as expected in a downtown location. Often, you can hear neighbors, too, but it's ok. The Apartment Store is good about responding to maintenance calls. In general, no complaints! We have lived here for 2 years and recommended it to friends, so that should say something. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
