I enjoy the Americana a lot. The location is great to get to anything. There is a bus stop a short walk away. College mart and college pizza are right across the street. Getting to campus is so easy and quick.
Everything in the room when I first moved in was very clean. The apartment came with a frig, microwave, stove, and fully furnished. I am very happy with the Americana.
One downside with the Americana is that the vent system in the kitchen isn't always that great and sometimes make the smoke alarms go off and that can get annoying if you cook a lot.
