The building is a nice old brick building. I have never heard my apartment neighbors inside the building, but the location of the building is amongst fraternity houses so there is definitely a lot of noise from outside that can be heard. In general, a nice apartment. Nothing spectacular but adequate. The aparments are roomy and have a ton of closet space. Maintance has always been very helpful. The only bad thing about the apartment is a lot of people around the area like to party and almost every weekend our stairs and hallways are trashed. Lastly over the winter, the washers on every floor were broken which was inconvenient because we had to go to a laundromat. Otherwise, the apartment is a great distance from campus and downtown and at a pretty cheap monthly rent compared to most places I have found.
