Most of the reviews already written on here have the apartment store pegged. The staff is extremely courteous in person but completely incompetent.

The hot water heater broke in my bathroom in december. My roommate called 4 times about coming to fix it until someone came to do it. It took two months. That's just the beginning.

I signed a rerental agreement to someone else to guarantee reimbursement of my security deposit. After I thought everything was taken care of, I was called a week later being told I needed to sign another paper. I was set up for automatic withdrawal, and despite having rerented my apartment, the rent payment came out when it should not have, overdrawing my checking account. When I asked them to stop the automatic withdrawals, they told me that "they have nothing to do with it" and that it's up to the corporate office. Also, for absolutely no reason whatsoever, it takes a week to process the request.

I just recently called and asked about the check I am supposed to be receiving for my security deposit and mistakenly withdrawn rent. Originally, I was told checks were 'cut tuesdays and thursdays and would receive my check next week.' Today, I was told it would be around 30 days. I have absolutely no idea why it would take 30 days to write a check. I work at a bank and happen to know it takes 5 minutes.

Basically, rent from them if you never need to ask them questions in person and don't care if something of yours breaks. None of them are on the same page, and they always have to 'get back to you' about your questions. It is NOT worth the headache.
