Great Service, Maintenance, and Good People

I have nothing but good things to say about the apartment store. I moved into "The Penn State" (239 S. Gill St) in the Fall of 2006. It's a great house that is in much better condition than most of the other student houses that I've seen and been in. Sure we've had a few problems with the maintenance of the place, but the maintenance people are always quick to fix any problem that comes about. The maintenance men are also very nice. I developed a relationship with one of them, who unfortunately had to retire due to some unforeseen health issues. The staff in the actual office are are always professional and courteous, and do everything in their power to help whenever and wherever they can.
I would recommend the Apartment Store to anyone looking to rent in the State College area. They'll be able to find you something to satisfy your needs.
