The apartment store preys on unsuspecting newcomers to State College. They offer poorly constructed and maintained apartments. The only reason they stay in business is because there are plenty of newcomers to fill their crappy apartments after the previous sucker (myself included) is fed up after one year and moves out. Greedy, inflexible, and big enough to have a masterfully constructed set of rules that serve to rip you off every step of the way.
