SAFETY - the apartment store does not keep track of their keys allowing strangers/previous residents to enter YOUR home. Shouldn't be a problem but some think it is funny to get drunk and enter. NOISE - they claim they have a ... more

kiss your deposit goodbye!

Even if you sign your own lease, when it comes time for your security deposit to be returned,, If any other tenant owes money, they STEAL your deposit. Plus they send the refund check to all parties. Did you ever ... more
