Addison Court is a senior building. It permits a small number of younger residents who are disabled. I lived in Addison from 95 through 98. As a younger, disabled person I was given alot of guff from the seniors.

The apts. are nice but very small. They do not have any "luxury" features as their advetising claims. The kitchen has a 20" electric oven, a sink, a refrigerator. There is not a sink disposal, dishwasher or anything else which could possible make it a "luxury" apt. as their ads say.

The lobby, the halls, and all common areas smell like a dirty nursing home.

Garbage is placed in the garbage closet on each floor and is to be taken out daily, but it is taken out whenever they get around to it, sometimes daily but more often every other day , yuck.

Parking is expensive $40.00 a month. The parking lot is a nightmare. Very narrow and very tight.

The management doesn't care about anything. period.

There are a number of "lobby lizards" who spend 16 hours a day in the lobby. You must pass these people to get to the elevator to go to your apt.

Bottom line, if you are over 70, have no life, enjoy being cruel to people and living like a pig then Addison court is the place for you !
