This place rents to those who are 55 and older and a few under 55 with disabilities. I rented here for one year and I was very unhappy.
The heat and cooling is run by this crazy contraption that doesn't have a thermostat. You just turn the dial.
The place just stinks as some people have accidents on the elevator and in the hall and lobby and feces and urine get on the carpet, floor and wow does it stink. The place stinks all the time period.
The fire alarms for the entire building go off frequently as there are folks here who belong in nursing homes and put something on the stove or in the oven and then fall asleep or light a smoke and then fall asleep.
