My experience renting from Associated Realty was relatively good. I read some of these reviews, and my response is, if you rent a crap apartment, you're going to get a crap apartment. The realty group doesn't magically change the apartment overnight. Anyway, I lived at Penn Tower which isn't in the best of shape, but it got the job done and I had fun. When you buy your own house, then you can complain if stuff falls off. You're RENTING. You don't OWN it.
