Associated Realty is a good company to rent to. They are very good at helping answer your questions and getting you through this process. I lived in Beaver Terrace and liked it a lot. It was very convenient to stop in and ask questions and get maintenance. The entire staff is very nice. They are also very good about calling to let you know when they are coming to show the apartment. Overall it was a very friendly experience and a company that if I was not graduating I would def rent from again!
