I lived at the Bryce Jordan Tower, great place, but horrible rental agency. I was told that the parking lot beneath the builing would be "covered" and "secured," neither of which were true. My parking spot was not covered at all, and there were no security cameras. My windows in two different cars were smashed because of beer bottles that were dropped out of windows. This should never have happened if it was "covered."

There management is terrible. Try calling one day, expect to get a phone call back the next, it never happens. They WILL NOT call you back, no matter what the reason. Lastly, they very arrogant and could give a ---- about their tenants, as long as they get their money.

I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN!!
