I lived in O'Brien Place for one year and I wish we had a chance to live there longer. Sure, it's an apartment in a college town, but the location is awesome, and the apartments themselves aren't bad by any means. I didn't have many dealings with the main office, but the maintenance people were always friendly and fixed things quickly. The building isn't loud, and except for the smell of Subway in the entrance, it's a good place to live
