Ashwicken Court Townhomes - don't do it

I live in Ashwicken Court Townhomes (rented through Associated Reality). Make sure that if you rent through Associated Reality and you are looking at Ashwicken Court aparmtents that the landlord's name is not JANE. The landlord comes into the apartment whenever she wants without any notice. She'll go in there just to leave you notes and things... it's awful and illegal. It's just not a very comfortable place. Other than the nosy landlord the place is nice, but it is not worth it AT ALL. I will NOT renew my lease with them.
