where to start... first of all, despite the name, it's one building. i'm not sure who had the sense of humor, but how it got named towers (plural) i'll never know. that said, there are 7 floors, each having about 20 apts i guess. there is one tiny elevator, and since i moved in about 11 months ago, its been broken at LEAST 11 times. during the winter it was breaking every other week. they've shut it down for periods exceeding 2 WEEKS on three separate times. Not that that resulted in improved elevator performance. They just put in new washers and driers a few weeks ago... 5 washers and 4 driers... nice math. they do surprise searches to see if you are breaking any of the hallowed rules, and the last time the people threw half my clothes on the floor and knocked my closet doors off the runners, which i fixed myself. 3 weeks later a maintenance guy showed up to 'fix it' associated realty doesn't even manage the lobby, just some apartments, so they often try to make you call another realtor to complain. also, what little parking there is is distributed on a 'who can pay the most basis' as its shared by my building and the surrounding buildings as far as i know. there are only about 20 spots TOTAL available. on the plus side the walls/ceiling are fairly thick and the location is pretty good.
