No matter the circumstances DO NOT rent from Associated Reality or live in Ashwicken Court. The owner Jane, just enters your apartment with no cause or reason. I returned home one afternoon to her looking through my things. When I called Associated about it, they told me she is the owner and has the right to enter my apartment (and I guess that means opening my drawers and closed doors). On top of this, when we moved into Ashwicken the townhouse looked like CRAP!!!!! Carpets were not cleaned walls had scuffs on them and there were make-shift shelves. When we called Associated reality to let them know about the situation, they treated us horribly like we were blowing the sitaations out of proportion. My suggestion is to NEVER rent from Associated Reality or live in Ashwicken. If you dare to try it out just remember to TAKE PICTURES for your proof.

I must agree with this review. Although I didn't live in Ashwicken I had the unfortunate luck to rent with Associated. They are horrible stay away at all costs.
