My experience with Associated Realty has been a nightmare. I have windows that are heavily drafting, costing me tons of extra money in my heating bills this winter, PLUS the apartment will not get warm!! I have been consistently complaining about the problem since October. My bed is right beside the window, which is why I have been sleeping on our futon in the living room since October. Also, the hot water runs out ALL THE TIME. I currently live with one other girl. Both of us recommend NOT renting from Associated.

The paint is literally falling off our walls. There is a bees nest on my porch that Associated REFUSES to fix (one time I got stung 5 times in ONE attempt to get in the front door.) There is a homeless man who goes dumpster diving outside our apartment every morning and mumbles to himself about stealing purses. This year has been a horrible experience.
