Horrible.. University Towers

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Electric bills were sky high during winter.. periodic black outs in the bldg and no reliable hot water for months... and today i had to evacuate for a gas leak.. all of this and ARPM does nothing... dont rent from them.. especially university towers
