Apartment is really close to campus as you may know. My apartment smells like coffee sometimes which is nice. If you have a choice of which apartment, be choosy to which one because it will determine which window view you'll have.

The place is noisy when the Sports Bar next door turns into a night club. They seem to do this seasonally so its not all year round.

If you have a window facing burrowes street, you'll hear alot of noise coming from the tenants who live in the building accross the street (above subway on Burrowes), the corner of college and burrowes. They have balconies and occasionally throw parties where partiers harrass pedestrians and make noises at weird hours (like really early in the morning) and really LOUD. The noise issue can certainly be a problem - but its downtown living, you should probably expect this in most places.

Maintenance is not bad. They can be annoying when they sometimes come unannounced or knock on the door and open it immediately. But they can also be professional. I think it all depends on the person. You get a mix from maintenance. I did lose a remote one day when they were in my apartment. But they are quick to respond and this is most appreciated since I know ARPM manages and owns most of state college.

This place is kindof pricey. Thats why I'm moving out. I don't recommend sharing a studio with a roomate in this place.

We'll see if ARPM tries to milk my deposit money when I move out...
