Truly Awful

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007

I have been living in Crestmont Apts. for the last 3 years. When my roomate and I first moved in, it was owned by a different realty company. Associated Realty took over a year later. They have shown our apartment without informing us beforehand. They are terrible about calling to let us know when the maintenance men will be coming into our apartment. We received a notice around 4 or 5 pm that our apartment would be painted the next day starting at 8 am. A 24 hour notice would have been nice. We have consistently had problems with the heat in our apartment. Every winter my roomate and I have had to call to complain that the heat is simply not on. It works in the hallway and everyone's apartment with whom I've spoken. We have had to call and call again to get someone to come. We have gone days with numb fingers and toes. I am never renting from them again and will discourage anyone who is considering renting from them.
