Horrible! 911 Charge and Holes

I absolutely am appalled with ARPM. NEVER RENT FROM THEM! We moved in in August, now it being the following June/July, we have yet to have holes in our walls fixed, and they're trying to charge us for them when we mentioned them multiple times when we moved in.
But the worst thing is what I just experienced. My smoke detectors went off for some reason in the middle of the night and I called 911 to make sure everything was okay. They shut off a minute later. ONE HOUR LATER someone from ARPM called me to make sure I was okay (didn't come over to see for himself). Yeah, 1 hour later, i could've been dead. And then the worst part: they are charging me $77 because the guy who called "worked overtime" when he called. WHATEVER, that is ridiculous. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I know they're tempting cuz they are downtown, but if you do rent from them, mention how many bad things you have heard about them please. cuz they don't listen to you after you start paying them money.
