Our experience with ARPM so far has been an absolute nightmare. When we moved into our first apartment last year we were told it was guaranteed to be clean. However, when we moved in, it was far from clean. Then, when we moved out of our apartment we spent an extremely long time scrubbing and cleaning everything in the apartment to get our security deposit back. When we got our security deposit back, about $1100 was taken out, and they said most of it was for cleaning. We cleaned our apartment and had it in way better condition than when we originally moved in. Also maintenance is poor, anytime we need it we have to call them at least 3 times before they actually come and fix whatever is wrong. The worst part of all this is recently we were given a sheet of paper asking if we wanted to renew our lease and we chose too because we didn't find anywhere else to love for as reasonable as a price as this. Then, to our surprise, a few weeks after saying we wanted to renew they said they canceled the renew offer and told us we have to move out at the end of the year, because of an "incident" that happened in early sepetember. They waited until about a week ago in mid November to let us know this, when most housing is already taken. We went down to the office to talk to them, and they were EXTREMELY rude and the lady we talked to was a complete *****. Overall, this is the most unethical, unfair business i have ever dealt with in my life and they deserve to be shut down by the government for how horribly and unfairly they operate. Unless you want your money stolen, don't rent from these people.

I had a similar experience. My heat never worked, and the hot water was even worse. When I complained about the hot water never being on during the day, they told me "that's how the building works," and did NOTHING. Apparently living on the 5th floor doomed me to perpetually cold water. Ugh.
