I completely agree with some of the other reviews here. I too, lived in Rapid Transit and had an awful experience. The heat went out repeatedly during the winter, and it took FOUR CALLS over five days to even get a maintenance guy to look at it. Mind you, the temperature was well below freezing the entire time. Then, the heat blasted and I had to sleep with three windows open just to balance it (made the mistake of touching the heater once and burned myself). I had the same problem with maintenance entering willy nilly. No announcement, just a quick knock at 8:30AM then some old guy trying to enter. No "Hey it's maintenance!" I was asleep with my boyfriend and we thought someone was breaking in!

Oh, let's not forget the nasty notes left periodically under the door "reminding" tenants about their "responsibilities." Give me a break. Someone left one trashbag in the stairwell and we all get threatening letters. GET A LIFE.

Security was frightening in a town where drunks and burglars are fairly common. There is NO locked building door until 9pm weeknights, and even later during the weekend. People can, and do, just wander in.

The woman who works the phone at the office could use a serious attitude readjustment too - nothing is her problem and we're all just idiot kids. Overall, the entire thing was an awful experience. The only saving grace was the location, and even then the noise from the street level was absurd.
