I lived on the bottom floor apartment. It is cold in the winter and you can only turn your heat up to 70. It was freezing in our apartment b/c of the drafts from BOTH doors.
It was quiet until people had parties. They blast the music and bring the parties to the balconies. I complained many times--and all office does is send a letter!
Had one incident of a snoopy neighbor--again complained to office--they said they would call--didn't do much.
air conditioning never works--fixed numerous times and never fixed it.
water is horrible--leaves stains in sink and on pots and pans. plus horrible tasting-buy a brita!
very strict with late rent--even if it's over a holiday weekend. 50 charge then 10 for each additional day!
The parking lots are finally getting fixed.

In the winter there are massive icicles!! very dangerous. but they do keep the sidewalks pretty clean from snow.

Parking is ok--you get one spot. if you have another car-you have to park a street down. which you have to move twice a week or get a ticket!

THE PLACE IS FALLING APART!!!
