2 level 3 bedroom apartment
4 people living in an apartment with two parking spaces. briar wood says "ample street parking availible" don't count on it. if you are comming in late, don't even bother looking for a spot, just sleep in your car.
most all the neighbors are nuts. restraining orders and everything. couples fight at all hours of the night, and you can always hear them because the walls are paper thin.
you feel like you may fall through the floor at any moment. when the tub was leaking and creating a scary water spot on the cailing, all they did was spray paint over it. the freezer had about 3 inches of ice all the way around (that was fun defrosting) and the tiles have stains. the kitchen was scratched, stained, and slanted, when we moved in but they still found a way to keep part of our security deposit.
forget about the salt they promise. we saw no salt bags until may. and if you are lucky enough to win a parking space through the lottery it's going to be a mile away from your apartment.
bugs and animals will be living in with you all year round. and the blinds they provide are peices of crap.
the kitchen leans to one side, the pipes leak, the doors don't close, and if they do they scrape the floor. most of the closets don't have doors, and the ones that do are hard to open without pulling off the track.
if sleep upstairs, you better pray there is no fire because your just plain screwed.
the porch was infested with bees that they never bothered to get rid of.
you can't use a grill.
you have to clean the shower after almost every use, because if you don't mold will collect imeadiatly. our first day there our blinds fell out of the ceiling.
and i hardly see how sitting cesspools are considered duck ponds.
the pool is discusting, and small rodents lived in our attic.
i think that about sums it up. i do not reccomend this place at all. its gross, infested with white trash, the office people are rude, and unless you like slipping and falling every morning when it snows find another place to live.

Your review disgusts me. Notice how I spelled "disgust" correctly. "Imeadiatly" is spelled "immediately." The neighbors were loud? In a college apartment? Really? It's not the company's fault you have lousy neighbors. Oh, and you can't use your grill? Gee, life there sounds hard. If you want people to take you seriously, for God's sake, run a spell check. I find it hard to believe someone so illiterate was even capable of signing the lease.
