I have lived at Briarwood 3 times and I keep moving back. Why because Briarwood is incomparable. In response to some of the complaints. They did have the parking lots repaved because the new property manager told me that she didnt want the property to show its age. I ve also noticed that they are sending us all new doors and new windows and new siding. This place is starting to look up to date. Besides that what kind of a place actually replaces all the windows. NOT MANY. The staff is excellent, the apartments yeah some of its old but i would rather have an old apartment that looks good than have an apartment thats brand new and broken up. I highly recommend Briarwood.

Ok ..I heard the promise of new windows in July of 05 It is now February 06 there are no new windows no new doors...

they did finally replace the doors and windows. it was a two and a half month process (done in july 2006) during which they destroy your apartment and keep it open to the outside (which then fill the apartment with bugs). the end result is an apartment with new doors and windows which have leaks just as bad as the old set
