Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
The apartments are by no means new despite attempts at renovation. Our carpeting seemed decades old. Bathroom fixtures needed replacing.
Maintenace fixed several problems many of which required more than one visit or several calls to the office.
Parking was a problem. Expect to walk or park on the street.
Managment seemed a little confused at times, perhaps due to a lack of guidelines. Get everything in writing. Seems there is someone new in there every other week.
Overall, Briarwood was like many of the apartment complexes located in SC.
