Briarwood has been touting all the amazing "upgrades" they've made. Well, my "energy efficient" windows are still drafty. The other upgrades are entirely cosmetic. The interior is out of date, and they use the cheapest possible appliances/fixtures. The office staff is nice, but not amazingly helpful. Repairs are usually completed quickly. They have also increased rent dramatically each year I have been here. This year's increase was bad enough to make me move.
