The apartment building is not bad but could use updating. When we first moved in and filled out a report of all the damages, you need to include every dent and defect in everything from walls to 1 missing tile. If you miss something they charge you for it even though it may have been there since you moved in.

The appliances need to be replaced with updated models. The dishwashers do nto clean with hot water, making it useless to use detergent. When we moved in our fridge leaked water, and we called many times to have it fixed. It has yet to be fixed to this day.

When you allow the phone company to setup multiple lines in your apartment, have them tell the office what they are doing so you are not charged for careless care of do-it-yourself wiring.

It is noisy when students are around during the fall/spring semester, with the occassional fire alarm going off for 2hours in the morning. The cleanign staff usually keeps it pretty clean Monday through Friday.

Nice location caompared to campus.
