Overall, I would recommend the graduate to those people that have wanted to live downtown. The location is great if you have class around the Willard Building area..it's not even a 10 minute walk. Crossing Atherton St. everyday is dangerous, especially in the afternoon rush hour. There are bars that are just a two minute walk away as well. The location is good overall, there is enough stuff on West College ave to make it worth it, although it's a long walk to the Hub, White Building or Crowbar. There's a convenience store on the ground floor, although overpriced for grocery items, makes sandwiches and even hot subs at not bad prices. And they're open until 1am during the week and 3am on weekends. Weekends get a little crazy here. Expect people hanging out of their sliding glass doors, throwing stuff into the parking lot. Our parties were shut down by 12:30 or 1am each time. Leasing office people are generally helpful, except for one long, brown-haired girl with glasses who can be sarcastic. But just be that way back to her and you'll put her in her place. Parking sucks though...very limited number of spaces for the the number of tenants. No visitor parking here and scarce meter parking as well nearby. I got towed once, because I parked in the store's spot, because 3 maintenance trucks were parked in our spaces. So the truck tows me and not them, yet I have a pass. I did get my money back b/c I complained. Apartment corridor is usually clean during the week, but always expect beer and food in the elevators every weekend. Fire alarms as always, sometimes all night long. Bedrooms seem kind of small for 2 people, if you have a bed, desk/computer and dresser. Lofts recommended. Maintenance came quickly too.
