decent place to live, but dirty

As state college goes, it's a pretty decent place to live. Close to campus, fitness room, study room. The only real problem is the hallways, stairways, elevators, and laundry rooms are always disgusting. I think they clean the hallways once every two weeks, and stairways maybe once every other month. (Of course it wouldn't be so bad if people didn't litter and make the mess in the first place!) there is parking, but it's a separate lease, 65$ a month I think
