I lived in Calder Commons for two years. I did not have any problems while I lived there; I actually found the office staff to be very helpful. I was surprised to read other reviews that had disparaging things to say about the staff, but I guess the mannagement has changed.

When I moved out, they took a large chunk of my deposit when I left for painting and laying new carpet. These charges are suspect; we took excellent care of the place. I think they scammed us to cover their routine maintenance costs; seems to be a lot of that type of thing going on in this town.
